I love cakes


Se chegou até esta página, é porque gosta de bolos lindos de comer:) Desde pequena que
adoro fazer bolos e agora estou a adorar ainda mais dar-lhes vida e cor! A arte sempre me fascinou e finalmente consegui juntar estas duas paixões de uma forma muito doce e criativa. Ainda tenho muito que aprender e praticar até me considerar uma cake designer. since I was a little girl and I now I'm having the time of my life giving them life and colour! Art has always fascinated me and I'm finally able to combine these two passions in a very sweet and creative way. I still have a lot to learn and to practise before I can call myself a cake designer. Drip cake de chocolate e laranja/ Chocolate and orange drip cake.

A nova tendência são os drip cakes, bolos de aspecto guloso com creme ou ganache a escorrer pelas bordas. Este é de chocolate e laranja, com recheio de ganache de chocolate e laranja, cobertura de natas vegetais e ganache de chocolate. Ainda no topo dois macarons (não feitos por mim) e lascas de chocolate da marca Hussel. Ummmm...
The new trend in cakes are the drip cakes, delicious looking cakes with a sauce or chocolate ganache dripping on the sides. This one is of chocolate and orange, filled with chocolate and orange ganache, frosted with vegetal whipping cream and chocolate ganache. Two macarons on top (not made by me) and Hussel chocolate shavings. Yummy...
